Hello My Lovelies, I want to tell you about my self-confidence issues that I have had in the past and how I have managed to overcome them so around a year and a half ago I was at a low point I hated the way I looked and just overall didn’t feel confidence or happy with the way I was so I spent a while dwelling on it feeling sorry for myself but then it got to a point where I knew I had to do something so at the beginning of this year I started the gym and eating healthier it hasn’t been easy at times you want to give up but I kept on going pushing myself and along the way you begin to notice changes and I think that is what has pushed me and I’m happy to say I’m at a point where I’m gaining more confidence within myself but overall I just feel happy and I’ve been able to love myself for the way I am. That’s what’s important always remember your all beautiful the way you are that’s what makes us all unique and just beautiful and I feel that since I have started this journey I have had a more positive outlook on my life with the constant support from my family and friends I’m so grateful and lucky.
