Workout Routine💪🏽

  1. Hello lovelies I want to share with you one of my many workout routines that I do when going to the gym as you all know this year has been a year of progress and growth for me I hope you all enjoy the blog X 

    5 minutes on the bicycle to warm up my leg muscles I love to start my workout with the bicycle as it allows my muscles to wake up  

    2. 10 Minutes on the cross trainer I normal have this on level 6 to really encourage my body to work hard I feel great afterwards makes you sweat a lot but that’s good!! 

    3.I then go the AB room I like that they have a separate room for ABs I then go on to do 3 reps of 10 sit ups then I do a 45 second plank afterwards I then do 2 reps of 10 crunches 

    4.Then I go back to the main gym and I begin working on my arms I lift weights that are 8kg on both sides I do a few reps of 8 lifting the weight in line with my shoulders 

    5. After doing the 8kg weights I then go onto doing weighted squats I have 7.5kg on each side so a total of 15kg I do 2 reps of 10 squats After that I cool down by going onto the cross trainer again and that’s the end of my workout X
